The food is amazing, 6 of us ate dinner tonight and we all cleared our plates. We can’t put into words how good the food is and can only recommend that you try it for yourselves; you will not be disappointed! The wine and lager choice is excellent too.
From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The ambience was cosy and inviting creating the perfect backdrop for a leisurely bottomless brunch with friends. The food was absolutely fabulous. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The buns were soft , but also crispy , the best burger I have had for a while. The staff were friendly, they were attentive to our needs, refilling our drinks and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed . Overall I highly recommend for a fun afternoon with friends.
Amazing food especially for those with allergies. I’m coeliac and lactose intolerant and I had a delicious meal here. The menu is marked with what’s gluten free and their fryer only has gluten free in it so it’s safe! Best fish and chips I’ve had and those onion rings!? Insanely good couldn’t believe it was all gluten free! Great service too, very welcoming.
Visited with my family for dinner, the starters and mains were delicious with large portions and the desserts were excellent as well.
The Sunday roast is amazing. I've tried all and would say the chicken is the best (does come on the bone) The service was brilliant, the manager Chris was very polite and professional and all our needs were catered for. I come here whenever I want a roast now
This little pub is so deceptive from the outside. Highly recommend a visit! What a lovely lunch with the family. From the lovely warm welcome to the fabulous food - we felt both looked after and left in peace to enjoy our VERY tasty pub grub. Pricing is really fair for portions and quality. Food super tasty. Service wonderfully friendly and swift - what a lovely front of house and food team! Go visit!
What a lovely, hospitable place to have dinner. Staff were attentive and the food was amazing! I had the fish and chips, and I have to say it’s the best restaurant fish and chips I’ve ever had. Followed by chocolate torte. Large range of gins on offers to..food so much better than Cromwell Cottage. Think this will be my new local from now on.
